Atomic Orbital Kit
This kit contains sufficient parts to make 14 easy to self-assemble atomic orbitals. It is ideal for learning about the shapes of atomic orbitals. Pink and purple colored pear shape lobes represent the + and - wave equation phases of the p and d atomic orbitals. The atomic nuclei are represented by opaque white spheres. Each model comes with its own individual gray transparent base for display purposes. The kit comes in a durable plastic storage container with a living hinge and locking lid. Average scale is 3.5 cm per Angstrom for the atomic orbital kit.
